Background
Save Vietnam's Wildlife (SVW) is seeking an Admin & HR Officer to be based at Cuc Phuong National Park, Cuc Phuong Commune, Ninh Binh Province.
Job Description
HR Tasks
· Consolidate timesheets and manage all related attendance matters
· Participate in recruitment and staff training
· Organize team-building activities and holiday celebrations for SVW staff.
· Handle work permit and visa applications for international staff and volunteers.
Administrative Tasks
· Draft and finalize official correspondence, contracts, and partnership agreements for the Center.
· Manage the Center's official correspondence and documentation.
Volunteer Program Management
· Communicate with and provide logistical support to volunteers.
Reception and Logistics
· Assist in organizing internal meetings, workshops, conferences, and training sessions for the Center.
· Provide logistical support for staff business travel.
· Translate documents.
Asset and Equipment Management
· Procure goods, assets, and equipment, and hand them over to users.
· Conduct periodic equipment inventories.
Fundraising Merchandise Management
· Manage merchandise production, inventory, and monthly, mid-year, and annual reporting.
Other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Center Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Commitment to long-term employment
- Agile, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays to meet job requirements
- Willing to travel for work when required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and public speaking
- Passionate about nature and animals, with a desire to contribute to wildlife conservation efforts.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in administration/human resources.
