Meet our team

He began his conservation career in 2005 as the coordinator of the Asian Pangolin Conservation Program at Cuc Phuong National Park. Following his success in rescuing and rehabilitating pangolins, he was appointed as the Captive Management Manager, overseeing all captive care operations for carnivores and pangolins under the Carnivore and Pangolin Conservation Program.

He has led numerous research projects both in captivity and in the wild. Through this work, he has co-authored several papers published in international scientific journals.

In recognition of his contributions, he was named one of the 40 wildlife heroes in the book Wildlife Heroes, published in the United States in 2012. His success is a testament to his dedication to endangered wildlife and his commitment to rigorous scientific research.

He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management, a certificate in Environmental Management and Development from the Australian National University, and a graduate certificate in Endangered Species Recovery from the University of Kent and the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.
